You may return new, and unopened items within 15-20 days of the delivery to our warehouse. Our inspection team will carry out the inspection of the returned items. If the returned item found ok as delivered than we will issue a store credit. If the returned item gets rejected upon inspection, we will return it back to us. Please email us with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org in order to return the item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your item.
If its approved, then you will get store credit from us automatically via email.
If the item ordered not delivered to you due to an unforeseen event than you can ask for the refund by emailing us at email@example.com
Once your email is received and investigation is done, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days usually 7-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
